Almond Granola Recipe Try one of our

4 1/2 cups rolled oats
3 cups sunflower seeds
3 cups almonds, chopped
1 cup safflower oil
1/2 cup malt syrup extract
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon almond extract
pinch of ground cloves
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, heat rest of
ingredients. Mix liquid with dry ingredients and stir well. Bake in two 9 x 12
pans for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Stir a few times while baking to
ensure even browning. Let cool and store in covered container. Enjoy! *Makes
approximately 15 cups.
