Green Onion and Apple Sausage

1 & 1/2 lbs ground pork
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 & 1/2 tsp. ground sage
4 green onions (thinly sliced)
1 Granny Smith apple (finely diced)
1/2 tbs. Honey
Juice of one lemon

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, form into3/4 inch thick patties.

In a cast iron skillet over moderate heat, cook sausage until center is no longer pink. Enjoy!
