Lemon Doughnut Balls
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup flaked coconut
