These won ton basket have many uses.
Make mini quiche, mini taco cups, savory cheesecake cups or fill with a BBQ

Won Ton Baskets
Won Ton wrappers
olive oil cooking spray
1 lb. mushrooms finely chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1 C. brie in small chunks
10 slices smoked salmon
Preheat oven to 375°F. Trim the won ton wrappers to 3 inches square. Spray mini
muffin tins with spray. Spray the wrapper lightly and place it in the tin. Press
down gently to form a cup. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
In a large saucepan, saute the mushrooms and garlic until the moisture is out.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and cool.
Spoon into prepared won ton cup. Place a small piece of brie on top of the
mushrooms. Top with a small piece of salmon.
Just before serving, preheat oven to 350° F. Place in oven for about 6 minutes
or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and serve.
Makes about 30 cups.
