Apple Chunk Bread
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/3 cups apples, peeled and finely chopped
Add ingredients in order, adding apple pieces with liquid ingredients. |
