French Pear Bread 3/4 cup mashed,
drained canned pears (juice packed)
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1 tablespoon honey
3 cups bread flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
Select the loaf size. Add the ingredients to the machine according to the
manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.
NOTES : For the 1-1/2 pound loaf, the bread machine pan must have a capacity of
10 cups or more. |
