Garlic Bagels 1 1/8 cups water
1/4 cup olive oil 2 teaspoons crushed fresh garlic
2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 3 1/3
cups bread flour 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Combine all ingredients in bread machine pan according to manufacturer's
directions. Follow remaining directions for basic bagels, sprinkling the tops of
bagels with garlic salt just before baking. NOTES : garlic -flavored olive oil
can be substituted for added flavor. |
