German Rye Bread
1 tablespoon active dry
yeast
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
2 1/4 cups bread
flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 tablespoons
unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 cups rye flour
1 1/4 cups
warm water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2
tablespoons molasses
Place all in bread machine, wet ingredients, the dry, lastly yeast. Put on rye
bread cycle and start.
