Hawaiian Isle Bread

3/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
1/2 cup coarsely chopped candied pineapple
1/2 cup coconut -- toasted

Powdered Sugar Glaze:
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 to 4 teaspoons milk
2 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts

Select loaf size. Add first 12 ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle. Drizzle the cooled loaf with Powdered Sugar Glaze and sprinkle with macadamia nuts.

Powdered Sugar Glaze: In a small mixing bowl stir together powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in enough milk to make a glaze of drizzling consistency.

NOTES : For the 1-1/2 pound loaf, the bread machine pan must have a capacity of 10 cups or more.
