Best Bread Machine Sourdough Bread

1/2 cup warm water

1 cup sourdough starter

2 1/4 cups bread flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 tablespoon yeast

Place ingredients in order in bread machine. Makes large loaf in Hitachi. Use quick setting, if it rises too long, it gets flats .
