Chunky Walnut Bread
1 1/3 C. water
1/4 C. instant milk powder
1 1/2 t. salt
3 T. packed brown sugar
2 T. walnut or olive oil
3 3/4 C. bread flour
1 C. walnut pieces
1 1/2 t. bread machine yeast
Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the
manufacturer. Insert the pan into the oven chamber. Select basic cycle.
Makes 2 lb. loaf.
