Apple Carrot Bread
2/3 cup apple
juice
1/4 cup grated carrots
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1/3 tsp salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bread (or all purpose) flour
1 tsp. yeast
Raisin Bread cycle, add at the beep, otherwise add at the beginning:
1/4 cup diced dried apples
1/3 cup raisins (optional)
1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Follow the setting instructions for your bread machine.
