Apple Pie Bread
3 tablespoons brown
sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
1 cup apple, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon gluten, wheat
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Combine all in bread machine, liquids first, then dry, gluten and yeast last.
Process according to manufacturer's directions.
