Maraschino Cherry and Pecan Bread
1 1/8 cups
water
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup maraschino cherries -- whole
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pecan halves -- chopped
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
3 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Drain cherries well on a paper towel. Then place all ingredients in your
machines pan in the order specified by your machines manufacturer.
Select the Basic/White cycle and if needed turn on the
add-ingredients function. Then press start. When the machine beeps add the fruit
and nuts.
