Cinnamon Chip Bread 1-1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
3-3/4 cups bread flour
2-1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
3/4 cup cinnamon chips
Place ingredients in your machine according to the manufacturer. Set on Sweet or
Raisin-Nut cycle
Cinnamon Sugar
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix together and store in a covered container.
If desired after baking bread brush with 1 tablesoon melted butter and sprinkle
with 2 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar. |
