Honey Banana Whole Wheat Bread 2/3
cup warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1 banana, sliced
2 tsp. poppy seeds (optional)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry yeast
Add all ingredients to bread pan in order recommended for your machine. Select
the Basic/White cycle and press start. Makes 2 lb loaf. |
