Sweet Orange Bread
1/2 C. plus 1 T. water
2 large eggs
3 T. orange juice concentrate
1 1/4 t. salt
1 1/2 T. butter
3 C. bread flour
2 T. instant dry milk powder
1/4 C. sugar
1/2 t. grated orange zest (thinnest colored part of peel only)
2 t. rapid rising yeast
Place water, eggs, juice concentrate, salt, butter, flour, milk powder, sugar,
orange zest and yeast in bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
Process on regular cycle.
