Rice Pudding Bread 2/3 cup water --
lukewarm
3 cups white bread flour
2/3 cup cooked white rice -- cooled to room temp.
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 teaspoons active dry yeast
Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.
Makes a 1.5 pound loaf. |
