Most marinades are meant to be used
only once. If you do save it, boil it and cool to room temperature and
refrigerate.
If you intend to baste the meat with the same marinade, set aside 1/4 of it and
use that for basting. |

Brisket Marinade
1 C. apple cider vinegar
1/2 bottle of beer
1/2 C. brown sugar
3 drops orange oil
2 pieces orange peel
2 t. salt
2 garlic cloves minced
1/3 C. oil
Mix all ingredients together. Pour over brisket and marinate for 10 - 12 hours.
