Using an injector is easy. Fill the
syringe and poke it into the deepest parts of the meats and inject the liquid
into the meat.
You can also add spices to this mixture. Make sure however that the herbs are
small enough to go thru the syringe. |

Butter Injector Sauce
4 T. butter
1 C. chicken or beef broth
2 T. fresh lemon juice (optional)
1/2 t. garlic powder
coarse salt
cracked black pepper
Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and heat until the butter melts and
the salt is dissolved. Cool to room temperature before injecting the liquid into
the meat.
