This is a very simple basting sauce. It
will work well with any of the spice rubs. |

Fruit Baste
1 t. fresh cracked black pepper
1 t. salt
2 t. hot pepper sauce
1 C. white vinegar
2 C. grape or apple juice
1 C. vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients in a jar. You can also use this as a dipping sauce.
