Special Honey BBQ Sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon minced shallot

1/2 cup honey

2 cups barbecue sauce, your choice

3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

In a medium, nonporous bowl, combine the garlic, shallot, honey, barbecue sauce and cilantro.

Mix well and pour onto meat or poultry.
