Lemon Bar-B-Que Sauce
1 cup butter or
margarine
1 clove of garlic, minced
4 teaspoons flour
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Melt butter in a large saucepan. Sauté the garlic in the butter. Stir in the
flour to thicken. Add the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring constantly,
until thick about 5 minutes. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
