Some lemon zest, spices or herbs can
also be added to the garlic butter. These make the perfect munchie while
grilling.
Grilled Garlic Bread
1 loaf French bread
1/2 C. butter or olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
1/4 C. minced fresh parsley
Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Cut into individual slices about 1
inch thick. Brush the cut surfaces with the garlic butter. Arrange on the grill
and turn when golden brown, about 2 - 4 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
