Please keep in mind when cooking the
thickness of the steak you are cooking. The cooking times given in this recipe
are based on a steak 2 inches thick. |

Honey Mustard Steak
1/2 C. prepared brown mustard
2 T. apple juice
1 t. cinnamon
3 T. honey
Mix the above ingredients in a small bowl.
1 1/2 lbs. top sirloin
Preheat the grill to a high heat. Turn down to medium. Brush one side of the
steak with the sauce and place it face down on the grill. Grill and turn, adding
more sauce.
Grill to desired doneness. 14 minutes for rare (140°F.), 20 minutes for medium
(160°F.), or 26 minutes for well done (170°F.).
