Pork Spareribs with Plum Sauce
5 lbs.
Pork Spareribs
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup
Plum Jam
1/2 cup Honey
3 Garlic cloves
minced
Place ribs (bone side down) on a rack in a roasting pan.
Pre
heat oven to 350, bake covered for 1 hour or until tender.
Combine remaining ingredients; baste ribs with the sauce.
Grill over medium coals (uncovered) for 30 minutes, turning and basting
occasionally with the sauce.
