Marinated Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches
1 whole pork tenderloin (1 lb)
dinner rolls
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
In shallow baking dish, mix marinade ingredients. Place tenderloin in dish; turn
to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hrs or overnight, turning
several times. Drain, reserving marinade for grilling.
Grill over hot coals, brushing occasionally with marinade.
Grill each side about 6 minutes for medium-well or 7-8 minutes for well done.
Let stand for 10 minutes, then carve in thin slices and serve
on rolls.
