Depending on the flavor intensity you
want, apply the rub one hour to the day before cooking. |

Memphis Rib Rub
3 T. paprika
1 T. onion powder
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. ground basil
1 1/2 T. dry mustard
1 T. red pepper powdered
1/2 T. black pepper
Combine all ingredients together. Rub directly on the ribs.
