Flank Steak is the original London
Broil. It is very lean and flavorful. It takes well to marinating and can be
broiled or grilled. It should be thinly sliced on the diagonal across the grain
to serve.
With this recipe grill a second one to use the next day for sandwiches or salad.
You can use the Caesar Dressing in the Basics Section and make a Beef Steak
Caesar using Romaine lettuce and croutons. |
