Coca Cola Roast

2 lbs stew meat, chopped into bite sized pieces

1 onion, chopped

10-oz bottle Coca Cola

14-oz bottle chili sauce

Worcestershire sauce to taste

Tabasco sauce to taste

Preheat oven to 325° F.

In a small amount of oil, brown the meat thoroughly. Drain and put meat in baking dish. Add the onion.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over meat.

Cover and bake 2 hours.
