Eye of Round Roast

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup Coca-Cola

juice of 2 lemons

bacon slice

2 tsp. instant marinade

2 tsp. garlic powder

4 to 5 tsp. parsley flakes

1 eye of round roast

Marinate in a roasting bag for 4 hours or overnight.

Remove from bag, place bacon on top and preheat oven to 400° F.

Bake uncovered at 400° F. for 10 minutes, then 300° F. for 1 hour.
