Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

1 lb ground Beef
1 cup Onion, chopped
1/2 TSP salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
2 Eggs

Preheat oven to 400°F

Cook onion & ground beef; drain. Stir in salt. Spread into a greased 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients in a bowl until blended. Pour over ground beef mixture.

Bake for 25 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
