No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake
1-1/2 Cups (9 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
2 pkg (one 8-oz, one 3-oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 C sugar
1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping thawed
1 (9") chocolate crumb crust
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, stir till smooth.
In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar.
Beat in melted chocolate and whipped topping at low speed.
Pour into pie crust and cover and refrigerate for at least 4
hours.
