Don't Overbake Your Chocolate Cake

You can't rely on just looking at a chocolate cake. It doesn't brown like a white or yellow cake will. By the time the cake pulls away from the sides of the pan it is overbaked.

Cocoa has a drying effect on cake batters. So be careful when baking.
