Chocolate Cherry Dump Cake
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 350° F.
Coat a 13 x 9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
Stir cake mix and evaporated milk in a bowl just until mixed
and moistened. Spread in pan. Pour pie filling evenly over top (a lot of the
fruit will sink)
Bake 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with walnuts and bake 15 to 20 more minutes.
1 cup sugar
5 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 (6-oz) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk.
Bring to a boil stirring constantly and cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Spread frosting over cooled cake.
