Chocolate Mayo Cake 2 cup flour
2/3 cup Cocoa powder
1 1/4 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 2/3 cup Sugar
3 med Eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/3 cup water
Preheat oven to 350
Grease a 9 circular pan.
Mix first four ingredients and set aside.
Beat next 3 for three minutes or until fluffy.. Beat in mayo. Add flour,
alternating with water.
Pour into pans.
Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.
Icing or powder sugar the top of cake. |
