Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
1 cup
packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
2 cups water
12 to 14 marshmallows, quartered
1 (2-layer) package chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine brown sugar, cocoa, water & marshmallows in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix
well.
Prepare cake mix using package instructions. Spoon over brown sugar mixture.
Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350° F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests
done.
Cool in pan. Invert to serve. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
