6 medium sized baking potatoes
4 teaspoons butter, melted
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4 teaspoons dried rosemary
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Cut potatoes into 1/4" thick slices, cutting to but not through other side.
Carefully bend potatoes to separate slices. Place in lightly greased 13x9 inch
baking dish.Drizzle potatoes evenly with butter and sprinkle with salt, parsley
Bake at 450° for 1 hour or until done.
Sprinkle with cheeses and bake 5 or 10 minutes more or until
