exhibit at the Potato Expo) was produced by the Pringle's Company in Jackson, TN
in 1990. It measures 23" x 14.5".

Baked Potato Chips
2 large russet potatoes, unpeeled, sliced into 1/8-inch-thick
rounds
2 T. olive oil
1 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. coarse salt
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine potatoes, oil and thyme in large bowl. Toss to
coat with oil.
Arrange potatoes in single layer on 2 nonstick baking sheets. Bake until
potatoes begin to brown on bottom, about 15 minutes.
Turn potatoes over, continue to bake until brown and crisp, about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt.
Serves 4.
