Spinach Cheese Squares
2 large eggs
3.5 ounces wheat flour
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
and drained well
1 pound cottage cheese
6
ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
ground black pepper
Beat the eggs and wheat flour together in a large bowl.
Add the spinach, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese and black
pepper. Spoon the mixture into a well greased large oven proof dish.
Bake in the oven at 350° F., for about 45 minutes.
Leave to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
