Sweet Potato Pudding

2 cups sugar

6 tablespoons butter

2 cup milk

2 eggs

4 cups grated sweet potatoes

pinch salt

2 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients and put into a buttered high baking dish.

Put in preheated 350° F. oven and bake for one hour to one and a half hours.

Stir 3 times to prevent burning.
