Sweet Potatoes with Bananas

4 sweet potatoes

1 tsp salt

4 T butter

4 bananas

3/4 Cup brown sugar

1/2 Cup orange juice

Cook potatoes till tender. Peel potatoes & slice 1/4" thick.

In buttered casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes sprinkled with salt and butter, and bananas sprinkled with brown sugar.

Start with potatoes and end with banana layer on top. Pour over orange juice.
