Soy Lemon Grilled Halibut
2 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
halibut fillets
Mix all ingredients together in the dish the fish will be marinated. Add fish
and turn to coat with marinade.
Cover dish and chill at least one hour or as long as two
hours, turning occasionally.
Broil fish or grill 4"-6" over hot coals with the barbecue
covered.
