1 C. carob powder
1 C. honey
1 C. peanut butter
1 C. unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 C. sesame seeds
1/2 C. flaked coconut
1/2 C. walnuts or almonds, chopped
1/2 c. raisins, optional
Measure carob powder; set aside. In saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter,
stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
Mix in carob powder. Add seeds, nuts and raisins. Press into
buttered dish or pan. Chill, covered, several hours. Cut into squares.
Yield: 2 1/2 lbs.
