Baked Bones Recipe
Makes as many as you need
Long bones, available at a butcher shop
Roast bones on a rack of a broiler pan at 250 to 300°F. for 2 to 3 hours.
Cool and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. You may also freeze them until ready to use.
