Mexican Fiesta Dip
1 C. sour cream or yogurt
1 C. mayonnaise
3 T. Fiesta Dip Mix
In a medium bowl combine the ingredients and whisk together. Refrigerate 2 - 4
hours before serving.
Note: You can substitute low fat sour cream, yogurt or mayonnaise. |

Fiesta Dip Mix in a Jar
1/2 C. dried parsley
1/3 C. dried minced onion
1/4 C. dried chives
1/3 C. chili powder
1/4 C. ground cumin
1/4 C. salt
Mix all ingredients together to blend. Store in a pint jar.
