How to Make a Bread Machine Mix
A supply of quart-size, self-sealing bags and you are ready
to start making mixes.

Light Wheat Bread Mix
Measure into the quart bag:
1 C. bread flour or all-purpose flour*
1 C. whole wheat flour
2 T. dried milk solids
1 T. gluten*
1 T. wheat germ (or 2 t. graham flour)
1 1/2 t. salt
2 T. brown sugar**
*If you are using bread flour, omit the gluten.
**Or leave out the brown sugar and note that you must add 2 T of honey on the
