White Hot Chocolate Mix in a Jar
1 t. vanilla powder
1 t. dried orange peel
1/2 C. grated white chocolate or white chocolate chips
Combine and blend the ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an airtight
container (jar). You can multiply the recipe to make a bigger batch.
Here are the directions to make the hot chocolate from the mix.
Serves 2.
1 1/2 C. milk
1/4 C. white hot chocolate mix (from jar)
In a small saucepan, heat the milk until bubbles form around the outside. Add
the white hot chocolate mix and whisk until the chocolate is melted. Continue to
whisk until the mixture is hot.
