Cherry Walnut Bars For the crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
For the filling:
4 beaten eggs
1/4 cup flour
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup maraschino cherries
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup coconut
2 teaspoons cherry juice
Combine ingredients for crust and pat into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 12 minutes. For the filling: combine ingredients and spread on baked
crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
