Coconut Butter Bars 1 stick
margarine, melted
1 yellow cake mix, without pudding
1 egg
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix margarine, cake mix, 1 egg and pecans together and pat into a greased 9x13
pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over cake mix.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
